1) Everyone please sign in (on the computer) and make sure we have your email addresses!



2) Club Membership / "Dues"
* as a reminder, our club goal as a club is to "promote class spirit and class unity"
* each member must purchase a Jr. class t-shirt (post-Jr./Sr. sports day price = $10)
* shirt $ due on/before next Wednesday Dec. 9th
* each member must participate in at least 50% of club activities (meetings/events/fundraisers)
* attendance sheet has been updated to reflect participation in activities and to reflect who failed to show up for their time-slots

4) JUNIOR PROM!

After finishing multiple things recently, we're finally done, so now it's time to start prom planning! (start discussing...this will be a longer process, we can't do everything in one meeting, but these are the topics we need to cover):
-date: Thursday, May 27, 2010 - Watermill Caterers, Smithtown

- fundraising and budget (what we want to splurge on and what we don't really need)
- centerpieces
-photographer --- Country / Herff Jones Photography has photographed our school's Jr/Sr. proms for the past few years... a rep. can send samples or meet with us to discuss our options.
-decorations and theme? (do we want a theme or not?)
