* most likely ends near NYA Administration building / train station
* probably about 1 hour in duration... need own transportation to/from
* wear class color = red + bring "festive parade supplies"

(2) Make a list of who remembered to bring in RED materials/decorations for Friday's Pep Rally!

There will be a regular bell schedule periods 1-6 but 7th period go to gym according to:
12:05 --> E Tower and A wing
12:10 --> F Tower and C wing
12:15 --> G Tower
(4) Make a class banner... the class with the best banner gets a prize
* Idea.... use "Red Bull" logo?(5) Homecoming --- this Saturday Sept. 26
* Who can participate in Homecoming?
* Most likely line up on blacktop (between middle school and high school near our flagpole) @ 1 PM with banner wearing RED and proudly march towards football field.
* Status of the "Cupid Shuffle"-"Hoedown Throwdown" dance/skit idea
* Do we want to set up a game or booth at homecoming?
(6) Spirit Week --- today = Twin Day, Thursday = salad dressing day (Blue Cheese), Friday = class colors ... wear RED!!!

(1) Elections / Candidates for Officers
* Officers must …demonstrate school spirit, class pride, leadership skills, responsibility, and ethical conduct.
…actively attend at least 75% of all meetings/club events. (note: you must commit to attend the whole meeting!)
…be in constant communication (verbal and electronic) with each other and club advisors.

President –
* prepares and emails weekly agenda to club advisors by each Monday
* runs weekly meetings
* sign official paperwork
* represents Class of 2011 at school /community functions
* signs Club Charter
Treasurer –
* very responsible with money and keeps detailed spreadsheet of club finances
* brainstorms and coordinates fundraising events
* monitors cash box at fundraising events
* sign financial forms -- NEW REGULATIONS THIS YEAR!!! LOTS OF "CHECKS AND BALANCES"
Vice President
* takes attendance at meetings and events
* keeps email contact list updated
* prepares emails
* fills in for president when he/she is not available
* signs Club charter
Secretary
* records detailed club ‘Minutes’ and either neatly handwrites or emails them to club advisors
* creates and prints out signs/flyers
* puts in announcements requests in E Administration
Historian
* photographs Class of 2011 activities / events (owns and has experience with using a digital camera)
* helps staple advisor-approved flyers around school
* prepares end-of-year slideshow of annual activities/events

* each class will prepare a dance or skit (show your 'bull pride'!)
* choose a song and choreograph a dance or skit to it
* will be performed before game (most likely 1 PM-1:30, kickoff at 2 pm) and possibly the "winning" class gets a prize
(5) Spirit Parade: Sat. October 3
* make a float (car, flatbed, truck)? and/or walk together and display banner?

(6) Safe Halloween: Friday Oct. 30

* Need volunteers to sell tickets (Mon. Nov 9, Tues Nov. 10, Thurs. Nov 12, Fri. Nov. 13, Monday Nov. 16, and possibly the day of Tues. Nov. 17)
(10) Junior Prom: Thursday May 27
* Find out how many students are in the Jr. Class
* Select a DJ (last year's Jr. Prom DJ was GNA Entertainment)
* Get a photographer (last year, Country Photography was used)
* Order Favors (last year, Country Photography provided keychains...many forgot to take it)
* Order or create centerpieces
* Order Invitations / which will be numbered and double as entry tickets (provided by Country Photography)
* Need volunteers to sell tickets prior to prom
