4) IMPORTANT CLASS GIFT DECISION---- MR. COADY's NEW SMITHTOWN HIGH SCHOOL WEST SIGN
5) Senior Banquet planning
* Thurs. Feb. 10, 2011 - 6:30-10:30 at Flowerfields
* Senior Banquet planning committee
* compile list of "awards" distributed last year / look at yearbooks
* after award list is made,
-----determine songs to go with each award... + make a CD to give to the DJ
-----determine prizes to go with each award in the order that the awards will be announced
-----make a powerpoint of the award titles in the order that the awards will be announced (the DJ will provide screens at Banquet)
* determine dates to sell tickets
* determine dates to run online award nominations... ask Computer Department to setup online voting
* design / order admission tickets on cardstock
* update Banquet contract from last year ... mail home by ________
* menu
* pick out color scheme
* talk to Yearbook Committee to find out if they want to send a student photographer to take pictures of the award winners.
* decide on centerpieces for the banquet (last year, there were none)
