1) Please sign in! 2) Good job at JR SR sports day!! - feedback * gifts/giftcards (DJ, MC, gym, custodial?) * tshirts --- everyone in the club MUST purchase a shirt... consider it a form of "club dues"...they are now $15 each * Lissie - sign JSSD deposit form 3) Meet with photographer for "Country Photography" today for prom. 4) When should our first pizza sale be? 5) Do we want to do a lollipop fundraiser? 6) Start planning for Senior Banquet --- it will be here before we know it! 7) No meeting next week (day before Thankgiving)

MEETING # 7--- Wed. Nov. 10, 2010

1) Please sign in! 2) Thanks for helping out selling t-shirts so far--we still have more days to sell so continue signing up 3) JR SR sports day is next week! Tues 11/16 2-5 PM, Make sure to participate!! If you are part of class council, you need to participate/buy/wear the shirt Tuesday!!! 4) Make sure we have all the materials for it & make sure everyone in the grade is aware that shirts are being sold (put in announcement) * help Maddy take water cases out of car Friday after school (does it matter if they are not refrigerated?) * reimburse Maddy for water, cool whip, gum, tablecloths * DJ Steven T. needs table in gym and to bring in equipment 6:45 am... does he have all the right speakers / wires? * gym supplies --- JSSD committee members --(Gabby & Jackie) did you speak with Coach Bodo about getting sports equipment? * make "Scoreboard"? * Elissa - did you go to Buena Sera and find out pricing? 9) PROM FAVOR - A company called "American Multimedia Yearbooks" DVD of prom.... ~$7.50 per dvd, mailed home to each student after the prom. This was done last year and in previous years as a favor. Now, students can also download the video onto iPods
